Scandinavian Design with an International Biography

DesignBite was born from the collaboration between Hans Thyge Raunkjær and Taiwanese design entrepreneur Michael Hsiao. Raunkjær founded his studio Hans Thyge & Co. in 1990 in Norsminde, a small fishing village on the Danish east coast. Before this, he spent seven years working with the legendary Memphis Group in Milan under Ettore Sottsass: clarity, courage in form, no half measures.
