Nature Bee Clean is a Canadian cleaning brand from Saanichton, British Columbia, founded in 2018 by Katie Gamble. The idea: cleaning products consist of 90% water, shipped in plastic bottles. Nature Bee Clean reverses this: concentrated tablets that are mixed with water by the customer. Plastic bottle optional, mostly not needed.
Tablets instead of Bottles
The core range consists of dissolvable cleaning tablets for hands, kitchen, bathroom and dishes. Simply dissolve a tablet in water and reuse an existing bottle. Also available: beeswax food wraps and shower steamers. All packaging is plastic-free.

Since launch, Nature Bee Clean has saved over 500,000 single-use plastic items and 250,000 single-use bottles. Katie Gamble has received the BC Business 30 Under 30, the Small Business BC Impact Award and the title of ‘Ecopreneur of the Year’ from the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce. The UVic Distinguished Alumni Award followed in 2025.
